really good downtown stay
spacious room friendly server new equipment
the room was very spacious it was a beautiful room king bed the temperature was easy to adjust i found the room service really good too they set up my dining area efficiently. food arrived quicker than expected all the servers were really friendly and helpful which i appreciated. the gym had new equipment and i had no issues using any of the machines it was a really great addition.

the hotel is centrally located with convenient shopping options and easy walking distance to the waterfront i was really impressed by this prime city center location. this made exploring local attractions and enjoying the city landscape very simple and pleasurable.

the staff provided helpful answers to all my questions i asked the waitress was especially attentive making sure she met my needs during dining. the concierge offered great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping locations assisting me with planning my visit effectively and efficiently.

i had dinner in notch 8 the server ricky ensured all the food and drinks met my expectations the chocolate cake he recommended was a delicious treat. i especially recommend the spaghetti pomodoro it was an very nice dish i really enjoyed .

superb assistance parking assistance membership benefits
the assistance from the staff was superb. Several people offered help beyond my questions. the concierge really assisted with parking, i was so grateful. accor membership benefits were utilized quickly.
the shower had substandard fixtures , made it less than ideal. this issue detracted from what was otherwise an amazing stay.

Nearby restaurants were excellent, i enjoyed the variety. the front desk and concierge helped me choose places that really fit what i was looking for. the restaurant on the lobby level provided great options. The menu was awesome.

The location is in the heart of everything. This makes it easy to walk around. i found restaurants and cafes very close by. access to different parts of the city was very easy. That was amazing.

The gym was well-equipped and clean, i used it every day! there were four elevators running. Wait times were minimal. the lobby looked gorgeous, the public restrooms looked amazing.

A Decent Stay
friendly staff dining credit broken phone grey walls
The staff were friendly and quickly sorted out some heating issue in the room. I was happy when the hotel provided complimentary dining credits. It. The ambience was pleasant.
The phone in my room didn't work, so I couldn't contact the reception. The walls in corridors lacked warmth. They could use some pictures or something else. It didn't really match my expectations.

amazing historic gem
central location excellent service cute labradors friendly staff
the location is super central, i found shops and the train nearby. the staff was really friendly, i got excellent service for tours and travel. ella and ellie, the resident labrador retrievers, are so cute and made my day, i loved them!
the gym music was a little loud early mornings, it woke me up

bellagio cafe is a short walk and really convenient for a quick meal, i got a coffee. notch8 restaurant is just delicious, i enjoyed a anniversary celebration. the 9th floor concierge level has daily breakfasts and deserts, i went there for convenience.
